Amidst the soft rustle of community happenings, The Confluence Hotel teams up with YMCA to sponsor Rivertown Days Duck Race. Rivertown's inner light, the Vermillion River, will come alive with a flotilla of rubber duckies on July 23rd, at 1:30 pm. A delightful call for community fun echoes through Hastings, summoning all to partake in the joyous revelry.

The City of Hastings Government, like a benevolent shepherd, opens up the world of public service through Machinery Hill. Curious minds are invited to touch a truck, meet the dedicated crew of Public Works and Parks staff, and marvel at heavy-duty equipment. Meanwhile, the Hastings Hawks Amateur Baseball has proven yet again that they are a force to reckon with.
