We plan the story with you, capture the people and details on location, and produce a coordinated series for HastingsNow and your own channels.
The starting package includes:
Up to three on-site visits, with up to three total hours of photography and filming.
Four edited short videos, 15 selected edited photos and one campaign recap on HastingsNow.com.
Captions and publishing on HastingsNow's Facebook and Instagram, one consolidated revision round and a campaign performance summary.
Finished campaign photos and videos are provided for reuse on your business's website and organic social channels. Raw footage and paid-ad usage are quoted separately.
Expanded event campaigns from $2,000
For additional event coverage, member or customer interviews, a longer recap, or more finished content. We agree on filming hours, deliverables, publishing dates and the total price before booking. Livestreaming is optional and separately scoped.

Between October and December 2026, we'll make three brief on-site visits to capture your people, products, traditions or seasonal updates.
Your partnership includes three visits of up to 30 minutes each, one short edited Reel, two photo-led social updates and a dedicated 12 Days of Hastings feature on HastingsNow.com. We'll include your business details and a link so people can take the next step.
The content is created across the partnership; each visit is not a separate full photo-and-video package. Extended event coverage, livestreaming and additional edits are quoted separately.
$396 is the full partnership price, not a monthly fee. Visits and your holiday feature date are scheduled by mutual agreement.
