Alright folks, brace yourselves. I've got something hotter than a steaming cup of Americano for you. I've snuffed out the latest and greatest happenings in our beloved Hastings and compiled a list that's more thrilling than a rollercoaster ride. So, buckle up folks, it's time for our top ten tales from Hastings, where the excitement is about as contagious as... well, let's just say you're gonna want to get a vaccine!

First on our list is the Little Log House Pioneer Village. Now, these folks have gone all out and brought back yesteryears! Step right into the time machine and head over to the 32nd Annual Little Log House Antique Power Show. No, not an antique power drill show, that would be too modern! Marvel at their forty-five restored buildings, a model of the Hastings Spiral Bridge, and Sylvia's magnificent flower gardens spanning over 40,000 square feet. Oh, and the admission fee? Less than what you'd spend on a fancy schmancy Starbucks latte!

Moving on, let's talk about Bauertech. If your business has a digital presence (which if it doesn't, congratulations on discovering the internet just now), these are your go-to folks. They're all about guiding your customers through the digital wilderness, ensuring your brand shines brighter than a supernova in the endless cyber sky. And if your current marketing company is still trying to figure out what 'digital' means, maybe it's time to switch!

Then we have Red Wing Public Library stirring up some cerebral excitement. They're hosting a presentation about Phenology, the study of natural phenomena that recur periodically. If you've ever wondered why birds fly south for the winter, or why some jokes are funnier in the winter, this one's for you!

For our dance enthusiasts, Jan's School of Dance just had the talented @charlizann_ rocking the studio with an amazing contemporary master class. If your dance moves are rustier than a '67 Chevy, consider this your sign to dust off those dancing shoes!

The Belle Ame Vineyard is up next. Here's a place that's got the vibes of Tuscany and the food of... well, a delicious Eggroll Queen Food Truck! Oh, and did I mention the stunning vineyard view and outdoor lawn games?

We also have a shout out to the Hastings Community Education for their fantastic tennis program. According to a very satisfied parent, this program is well-organized, inclusive, and it might just turn your kids into the next Serena Williams.

We all need a good plumber, and Ben Franklin Plumbing isn’t just good, they’re dedicated to improving your home’s water quality. I mean, who needs the gym when you can have healthy water right at home?

Animal Ark has something for our feline-loving friends. A heartfelt thanks goes out to all those who responded to their plea for Friskies canned food. Remember, nothing says community spirit like sharing your tuna with cats in need.

Now let's hear it for the Spader Group. Their hot tip for the summer? Leave the office and take a break outside. Apparently, soaking up the sun is as important for productivity as it is for a good tan.

Finally, we have the Hastings Area Swim Team making waves at the BLST Summer Sizzler. With best times being achieved left, right, and center!

So there you have it, folks. That's the latest scoop from your humble Minnesotan town of Hastings. From pioneer villages to swimming sizzlers, we've got it all. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have an appointment with a dance class, a vineyard, and possibly a career in plumbing. Keep living the dream, Hastings! Until next time.
